The beds were ridiculously hard, very uncomfortable. Bugs in bathroom daily. We moved to 3 different rooms, beds and bugs were the same in each room. Very disappointing. We had booked the room for about 3 weeks and had to pay when we checked in so when we asked if we could get refund for early checkout the manager said it would take about a month to get a refund. The breakfast was ok, $6.50 for scrambled eggs coffee and side of fruit. The whole staff, including restaurant were fantastic, very helpful and very friendly. Always ready to help and meet our needs.

Pretty decent - met basic needs ie warm showers, there was a desk I'm the room, and pretty clean / decent bathroom...also daily cleaning services were provided.

Room was good size, & storage space. T.V was working great. A/con & window with view of lower ground parking...bathroom was average of most places.The restaurant served my breakfast with coffee & this is a bonus for fiesta when many places closed. Area is also good as it has alot of amenities within walking distance..hence me not getting back until 7 morning new years day
